where she started off with personal lines

Lauren has worked alongside managing director Grant Carter for 11 years, and
specialises in
short term commercial and personal lines administration and claims. For the last
9 years,
she has managed the administrative and claims in commercial lines and manages
our Durban
short term offices. Working with people is Lauren’s passion, and she prides

gaining her
knowledge with ABSA Brokers dealing with commercial and domestic portfolios. She
was also a
financial planner with ABSA Advisors but returned to the short term sector. She

brokers only.

Ebrahim has been in the Short Term Insurance industry as a broker for over 20 years and has extensive knowledge and experience in underwriting, client servicing as well as in sales. Starting off in Personal Lines underwriting, moving to Commercial Lines and thereafter to Client Servicing and New Business.
